Sixteen beachfront apartments on El Emir Beach, in the heart of the Punta del Este Peninsula, developed by Inverion, with design and construction supervision by Guevara Ottonello and built by Stiler. Five stories and 7,820 m² of floor area: four units per floor on levels 1 through 3, three on the 4th, and a single unit on the 5th. Unit types include two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, all with ocean views and every unit featuring a balcony. The price of each unit includes parking—one or two parking spaces depending on the unit type—and a 5 m² storage room, a rarity on the Peninsula. Units are delivered fully finished: zoned radiant floor heating, PVC windows with hermetically sealed double-pane glass, and a built-in kitchen with a grill and installed appliances. The building also features a 400 m² ground-floor commercial space with two parking spaces and five individual parking spaces sold separately. Construction begins in June 2026. The developer notes that project square footage may vary by up to 5% upon completion.
