Twelve beachfront residences on Rambla Armenia, in Puerto del Buceo, designed by Architecturestudio (Paris, Shanghai, and Zug). This is not a building with many small units: it consists of twelve stacked homes, arranged in half-floors and full floors, each facing the bay. The facade consists of movable glass louvers in four finishes—transparent, translucent, mirrored, and screen-printed—that pivot to control solar gain; behind them, the projecting sections are perforated to create bioclimatic terraces. Each residence is sold with a separate studio, and garages and storage units are included in the price.
