Forty three- and four-bedroom units in Villa Biarritz—one of Montevideo’s most sought-after neighborhoods—at 3041 José Vázquez Ledesma, on the corner of Juan Benito Blanco, across from the park and two blocks from the ocean, designed by MVRDV (Rotterdam).
